What else can I get delivered to my door?
We have a range of other products we can deliver to you, as and when you need them. From bread and eggs to yoghurt and cheese, all you need to do is call the office or visit our 'Change Your Order' page, tell us of your changes, and we'll effect any changes within 48 hours.
How do I pay for my doorstep milk?
Our customers pay their accounts weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. We can accept many forms of payment - cash collected by your milkman, by cheque, via our payment system online, by card payment over the phone, or even by direct debit. Call our office for further information and how to get set up with your preferred method of payment.
How do I start doorstep milk deliveries with Bates?
To start doorstep deliveries we only need 48 hours notice. So please give us a ring or fill out the 'Contact Us' form with your requirements and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
