If you’re not a current doorstep customer of Bates Dairy then why not give our doorstep delivery service a try today? One quick phone call to our office and you could be opening your door to fresh goods on your step every day!
With the environment in mind, we prefer to deliver our doorstep milk in traditional, recyclable, glass bottles filled with the freshest milk from our local farmers. Over 20 electric milk floats set out in the early hours of the morning to make sure you have Bates milk on your doorstep in time for your breakfast or first cups of tea.
What else can I get delivered to my door?
We don’t just deliver milk! We have a whole range or products that we can deliver right to your doorstep, including: Cheese, Cream, Butter, Yoghurt, Eggs, Bread, Milk, Juice and Water.
How do I change my order?
Changing your order is easy! All you need to do is follow the link below (this can also be found in our header) and fill out the form with details of the changes you’d like to make, and your contact information. We strive to change orders as efficiently as possible, but if you would like to talk to someone about your order please do not hesitate to call the Bates team.
How do I pay for my doorstep delivery?
Our customers pay their accounts weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. We can accept many forms of payment – cash collected by your milkman, by cheque, via our payment system online, by card payment over the phone, or even by direct debit. Call our office for further information on how to get set up with your preferred method of payment.
